Beach Session-Steph/Class of '11

Its unbelievable that Stephanie's a SENIOR already?! Where has all the time gone:( I am so super excited that I had the honor to take her senior pictures:) Who would have EVER thought I would have had the pleasure to take these for her years ago when I was still in high school and she was in junior high??? Stephanie was a very close friend of my lil cousin Liliana's..Liliana lived with her big sista Tere and before I moved to Porterville I spent a few months living with them to finish off my junior year at Lompoc High School..confused yet? haha Well long story short..me and Lily shared a room and Steph would come hang out so I got to know her very well:) So now shes a Senior in HS and I am SO VERY PROUD of her and ALL her accomplishments! She's in Cheer, Track, Soccer, Scholar Athlete...yeah I can go on and on..Her letterman jacket is literally filled with patches and patches of awards and what not..so take a look at this beautiful, intelligent and incredibly sweet girls beach session..she's easy on the eyes so enjoy...

Oh yeah Steph! I told you, you could pull of the "serious" look! ;)

Beach Session-One Big Happy Family

So I had a fantastic weekend but was time for me to get my butt back in gear! :) Beginning with my Modern Brady Bunch:) This is my lovely friend Val's family..Her and Dash (her husband) each had three of their own, till the one day when the lady met this fellow and they knew that it was much than a hunch, that this group would somehow form a family, and they did, then lil Ms. DaShay came along and that's how they all became the Salas Bunch! :) Val & I have become really close in the past months and  I couldn't be ANY happier to have the pleasure to take these family pictures for them out at the Beach and just enjoy the day with them..We had a ton of fun..We headed out to dinner after the shoot and just had a great night! I LOVE LOVE what i do and times like those is when I appreciate it most! :) Coming into it I really thought that the shoot was going to be a ton of work..i mean after that is 9 people I had to make sure were looking at me and that was including a 1 year old!  but it was SO much easier than I thought so it was all seriously just so much fun! Thank you to my BF for all his help as well! Here's a few of their family shots from our Beach Session..Thanks Val..i ♥ you and your family a ton! Miss you guys already! but I'll see you soon so no worries! :)

First Birthday FUN! :)

Hello Blog..i know its been a while..Sorry for the delay:)

Finally! One of my Favorite Lil Girl's First Birthday shots!! DaShay is my good friend Val's lil girl and she turned a whole one year old! I was so fortunate to be there both as a guest and as the photographer for this special event! This is by far the BEST 1st Birthday Party I have ever been to! Val really outdid herself and worked very hard to give DaShay the best 1st Birthday a lil girl can have..and i mean BEST..how many birthdays do you know of that took place in a HUGE gym..oh ya and outside the gym was huge pools with a Giant water slide..i mean really!! She had the coolest decorations..cutest theme..most awesome cake..amazing face painter..balloon guy..snow cone man..neatest candy favors..omg the list goes on..but I cant go without mentioning how DELICIOUS the food was! TO DIE FOR! It was so much fun and I got to take my niece and she did not want to leave! That's just to show you how good of a time she was having! :) Thanks Val for having us there and making sure that we had a great time! You should really look into Party Planning like I told you! Enjoyyy...♥

This post is LONG over due! I have been swamped but am working VERY hard to catch up! It's already 11:30pm but I just had to get this up for Felicity & Cory! They have been waiting so patiently for their sneak peek! Tomorrow I have Lil Ms. DaShay's 1st Birthday to shoot so this HAD to come up tonight! :)

Meet the McDonald Family:)

They were a complete pleasure to work with! I mean really they are like such cool people! They are expecting Baby Calib:) He is due to arrive in September!

In the beginning NIETHER of them wanted to smile! lol "Were not smilers"..umm do you realize who your photographer is?!? I dont do serious! haha so I had to do what I had to do to see some whites! And I did wonderfully.. if you ask me;) Their shoot went so well and I had tons of fun! Thanks so much for having faith in me Felicity..and referring me to friends when you hadn't even experienced me or my work! I hope you just love these! I cannot wait to meet Baby Calib!:)

She has the biggest belly ive worked with and she is so tiny..looked like she swallowed a watermelon! lol

Baby Adrien:)

So I had the pleasure of capturing tiny lil Baby Adrien at only 6 days old:) And might I add that he was my first BOY newborn and too stikin adorable!!! Babies are slowly becoming my favorite to photograph..its nice when you don't have to run after them or think of a good bribe (lol) but just sit and wait for them to be ready and just sleep:) Don't get me wrong..the ones who can walk and run away are still fun but its nice to just relax a bit with the newborns;) Although baby Adrien being only 6 days old would NOT sleep! He was so alert and just wanted to be awake! Omg his poor mom was so exhausted after only having him 6 days ago and had to work really hard to try to get him to sleep! But we succeeded after a good hour and we got some great shots! yay!

Sarai is going to be 5!

Wow its times like this that really shock me as to how fast time really flies! Lil Miss Sarai is going to be 5! When I met Sarai she was a lil over ONE! omg thats nuts! Now shes all grown up..& such a smart lil girl too! She blossomed into this beautiful lil girl that I adore..
She was such a good sport during her shoot..it was SUPER hot out but worse than that it was totally muggy..muggy meaning sticky and just gross..but that didn't bother her..she was Miss Super Model for the day! But like it seems all shoots..she got over it after a while! lol Glad her momma Brianna, was doing such a good job of buttering her up and making her cooperate!

Gotta love a lil girl in a tutu..every mom wants this kind of shoot for their lil girls and I am so lucky to be able to capture it for each and everyone of them! :) but Sarai changed it up a bit! Like probably EVERY lil girl she LOOOOOVES Justin Bieber! haha so stikin cute! so we did her lil Biever Fever shots! :) Looove haha I should submit these to his fan page or something! :) I had so much fun hanging out with Lil Sarai and Brianna..Thanks a bunch for having faith in me Bri! Love you guys! :)
